"live every day like it's your last": scary. weirdly foreboding. not a good thought process if you get anxious easily. stressful. so much pressure that it loops back around to making you do nothing.
"live every day like it's your FIRST": everything becomes fascinating. renews the excitement of discovering things for the first time again. makes you feel like exploring stuff. #mywisdom
the uk and germany being on the left side of the screen is proof that the world is coming undone
sweden bringing a bunch of lumberjacks with a trio of guys in suits to sing about a sauna is peak eurovision and i love it
i will no longer be inviting my enemies to ‘meet me in the pit’ from now on you are all expected to meet me in the hinterlands, a far more terrifying prospect due to the fact you must first FIND me in the hinterlands, which may take years
Dragon age Inquisition core
Considering how much backlash Hogwarts Legacy got for including that trans bartender, I‘m surprised that I haven’t read ANYWHERE about Taash from Dragon Age Veilguard. I believe this is the first time I see a game include a nonbinary character and it makes me so happy 🥹
oh bloody hell, nothing destroys me as much as a feel-good slow burn fic, dammit
so lemme get this straight
i have never once in my life thought for a second that dramione would be a pairing i‘d be interested in reading, but then tiktok is like „have you considered otherwise tho“ and then a week later i‘ve gone through 370k words of manacled???
just what the fuck happened there
so it seems that i have made myself quite at home in my new dragon age rabbit hole. like, to be precise, 14k words of a cullen/inquisitor fix deep. it's the first time i've written fic in AGES and it's so much fun? like, no structure at all, just writing little pieces of scenes here and there, happily jumping back and forth in the timeline and just doing annotations where I need to rework stuff or want to remember sth for later?? i love that, it's so much fun.
plus writing cullen is so fun as well because that dude has like two modi operandi and one is "blushing teenage boy stumbling over his own words" and the other is "suave motherfucker with the smoothest line delivery ever" and you never know which one you're going to end up with, it's amazing.
make that almost 33k words and still going? oh boy oh boy!
